About the author


Benjamin Portheault has experience working with super GMs and amateurs alike and was the performance coach of the England National Team at the 2022 Chess Olympiad in Chennai. He has a science PhD and a degree in Mental Preparation from the University of Paris. He is a Zen practitioner studying under Valerie Forstman of the Mountain Cloud Zen Center.
